Tools required.

Cut out kite and bow shapes.

Fold opposite sides to first outer line.

Fold remaining sides to first outer line.

Apply glue to top three vertices. Pinch folds to the vertical black line. Hold until glue is set. Do not apply glue to the tail.

Apply glue to pinch tabs and press against outer edge.

Apply round sticker to backside of bow cutout. Punch a small hole through centre of round sticker. Partially cut diagonals in bow cutout.

Apply glue to area shown. Fold and hold.

Measure and cut tail thread as shown. Thread one end of tail thread through bow from front to back. Tie a slippery half hitch knot as shown. Do not make the sides too big as the knot will easily slip through the hole.

Apply glue to tail area. Place thread and fold to the vertical line and hold.

Kite should look like this.

Each kite has a marker for attaching the line.

Locate this marker. Use pointed toothpick to make a hole. Thread the cotton line through and secure with a round sticker.

Kite is now complete.
